• Ashish Bedi does not execute or carry out any purchase or sale transactions on behalf of clients.
• Clients must not permit the Research Analyst or representatives to execute trades on their behalf under any circumstances.

• Fees charged to individual and HUF clients shall not exceed limits prescribed by SEBI/RAASB.
• The current maximum permissible fee is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family for all research services combined.
• This limit excludes statutory charges.
• Fee limits do not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
• Fees may be charged in advance for a period not exceeding one year unless otherwise agreed.
• In case of early termination, clients are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unexpired service period.
• Accepted payment modes include cheque, online transfer, UPI, and other SEBI-approved channels.
• Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
• Clients may optionally use the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) operated by BSE Limited (RAASB).

• The Research Analyst strictly adheres to SEBI and RAASB regulations regarding disclosure and mitigation of conflicts of interest.
• Clients will be promptly notified of any conflicts that may influence or impact their research service.

• Schemes offering assured, guaranteed, or fixed returns are strictly prohibited under SEBI law.
• The Research Analyst does not guarantee profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments through research recommendations.

• “Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.”
• Research recommendations do not assure returns. Clients must exercise independent judgment when acting on research reports.
• There is no provision or right to claim compensation for losses arising from decisions made based on research opinions.

SEBI registration, BSE enlistment, and NISM certification do not guarantee performance or returns. They only confirm compliance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.

• Unsolicited messages inviting investors to “VIP trading” or “free signal” groups.
• Fake profiles impersonating analysts or financial experts.
• Fraudsters posing as CEOs or well-known financial personalities.
• Fabricated testimonials and fake profit screenshots.

Guidelines to Protect Yourself

• Engage only with verified SEBI-registered intermediaries.
